It will be easy for them to be happy when they are not under the stress of bringing up children. They will therefore be able to concentrate on their jobs and enjoy a more fulfilling and successful life.We want our children to grow up in a community that values equality and to be able to participate in the world of work and in the world of the home. By doing this, we will ensure that everyone will enjoy equal opportunities. This will mean that our children will be better equipped to be fit and healthy and to be a successful adult.We can't ignore gender equality anymore. We can't turn a blind eye and expect that women and men will be equal. Only when both men and women are equal, will our society be able to progress and live up to its full potential.
